I built this Toto Puppet as a commission for The MOB theatre, for there production of the Wizard of Oz. the wanted a realistic puppet but were happy to be a little creative with the finish. We decided on a cain Terrier inspired dog but scaled it up a bit to is would be more visible on the stage. With a rag finish for his fur to give texture and movement.

He is a plastazote construction scrimmed and finished with a jersey rag coat. He has interchangeable handles so that they can be short and close or longer for more distance for the puppeteer.
