Move with marina is an interactive light sculpture of an octopus that was commissioned as part of Nottingham light Night 2026. She is a large octopus of plastazote construction. her front four tentacles are interactive, encouraging the public to connect with their inner child and ‘move with Marina’ and manipulate her tentacles. We added to the atmosphere by filling the space with bubbles when the wind allowed.

As co-artistic director of Ayup puppets company I was part of the team the created marina from build to presentation. we worked collaboratively with Made by Racoons to create this installation.
